Verzosa likewise reported that seven motorists were apprehended for various traffic rules violations during the pilot test of the use of handheld devices on Monday. February 6.

The said motorists were apprehended for illegally modifying a vehicle, defective auto parts, excess passengers, and failure to wear a seatbelt, among others.
