Chances of isolated rains seen in parts of PH — Pagasa
MANILA, Philippines — The entire country is expecting a fair weather on Tuesday, but two systems are expected to bring isolated rains in some parts of the country, the state weather bureau said.
Obet Badrina, weather specialist of the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa), said easterlies may bring isolated rain showers and thunderstorms in the eastern section of the country, while the northeast monsoon or amihan could also cause isolated light rains.
(This easterlies or warm winds coming from the Pacific Ocean affects most parts of the country.)

(Most parts of Luzon will experience generally fair weather … parts of Batanes and Babuyan Islands are also starting to feel the effects of the northeast monsoon, thus, isolated rain showers and thunderstorms are possible.)
(Here in most parts of Visayas, isolated rain showers and thunderstorms are also expected. Also in most parts of Mindanao, fair weather will be experienced.)
Pagasa did not raise gale warning in any seaboards nationwide.
