MANILA, Philippines —In the early hours of Thursday morning, an investigation of a deserted car in Pasay City uncovered a disturbing sight: three bodies with gunshot wounds, leaving authorities to ponder what kind of crime occurred.

The National Capital Region Police Office (NCRPO) investigators declared that two gunmen might have perpetrated the killing.

In its initial report, the NCRPO said they found the bodies of the victims–two males and a female–lying inside a white Honda Civic with several gunshot wounds.

The responding officers also reviewed the closed-circuit television footage around the area in a bid to identify the perpetrators.
