MANILA, Philippines – Several domestic flights were canceled on Tuesday due to bad weather brought on by several weather systems.

As of Tuesday, the shear line and northeast monsoon or amihan continue to bring overcast skies with rainfall in many parts of the country, according to the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration.
