OLONGAPO CITY–The ninth most wanted person in this city was arrested on Monday (Jan. 16), according to the local police.
In a report, the Police Regional Office 3 (PRO3) said Bryan de Silva, 22, was collared during a manhunt operation in Angeles City, Pampanga province by a team from various units of Olongapo and Zambales police.
De Silva, a resident of Barangay West Tapinac in this city, is wanted for carjacking.
His arrest was based on a warrant issued by Judge Melani Fay Tadili of the Regional Trial Court, Third Judicial Region, Branch 97 in this city.
A P300,000 bail bond was recommended for the temporary liberty of De Silva, the PRO3 said.
On the same day, two other most wanted fugitives were arrested in the provinces of Aurora and Pampanga.
They were identified as Elmerchor Coro, 42, who is wanted for rape in Aurora, and Ronald Musni, 31, who is also wanted for carnapping in Pampanga. INQ
