Olongapo cops nab fugitive facing drug raps
OLONGAPO CITY — One of the most wanted persons in this city was arrested during an operation on Monday, police said.
The suspect, whose name was withheld, was collared near a fast food restaurant at Rizal Avenue in Barangay West Bajac-Bajac, according to Lieutenant Colonel Leonardo Madrid, chief of the City Intelligence Unit of the Olongapo City Police Office.
Madrid said the fugitive was facing charges of violating the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002.
The suspect was arrested on the strength of a warrant issued by Judge Michael Florentino Real of the Regional Trial Court Branch 98 in this city. INQ
