Parts of the country, including Southern Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao are experiencing the dual effects of a low pressure area and the shear line, which are forecast to cause cloudy skies and moderate to heavy rain, according to the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration.
According to updated guidelines from the Department of Education, areas with an Orange or Red rainfall warning will have automatic class suspensions.
