SC warns public about man posing as Chief Justice Gesmundo

The Supreme Court has warned the public against someone posing as Chief Justice Alexander G. Gesmundo.

MANILA, Philippines – The Supreme Court has warned the public against someone posing as Chief Justice Alexander G. Gesmundo.

In its Notice to the Public, the man behind the cellphone number 09552073094 has been using the Chief Justice’s name.

“The SC has received information that someone is posing as Chief Justice Alexander Gesmundo,” read the SC’s Notice issued by its Public Information Office.

“The public is warned to ignore messages sent from any platform using said number, or any other phone number claiming to be the Chief Justice,” read the statement.

The SC said it has already coordinated with “relevant entities to investigate the matter.”
