No. 2 most wanted person in Zambales falls

OLONGAPO CITY–The second most wanted person in the nearby province of Zambales was arrested during a manhunt operation, police here said Wednesday, Dec. 28.
In a report, the Olongapo City Police Office (OCPO) said the unnamed fugitive was arrested on Tuesday on the strength of a warrant issued by a local court in this city.
The fugitive was facing murder and attempted murder cases without recommended bail.
He was arrested while in hiding at Barangay San Agustin in Zambales’ capital town of Iba.
According to the OCPO, the man’s arrest was a result of the combined operation carried out by police in this city and Zambales.
The fugitive has also been tagged as among the most wanted persons at the municipal level. INQ
