Fisherman held in drug buy-bust in Occidental Mindoro
CITY OF CALAPAN — A fisherman was arrested in a buy-bust operation on Sunday, Dec. 18, in Sablayan town in Occidental Mindoro, according to the Mimaropa police regional office.
Arrested was Harold Romano, 23, is the alleged leader of the Romano’s Drug Group.

The police said Romano was arrested at 5:40 p.m. after he sold a sachet of “shabu” (crystal meth) to an undercover agent in Barangay Poblacion.
