/ 12:09 PM December 19, 2022

MANILA, Philippines – Three weather systems will bring about a damp and cold “Christmas feels” at the start of the week, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical, and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) said Monday.

Weather specialist Obet Badrina said there was already the northeast monsoon (Amihan) bringing in cool winds.

(It will be very risky especially for small vessels to travel in these areas. Please avoid sea travel as the rough seas will continue and could get stronger in the following days because of the northeast monsoon.)
