MANILA, Philippines — Overcast skies and rains will prevail weather with rain is expected to prevail in most parts of the country on Thursday due to three different weather systems, according to the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical, and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa).

Yung pag-ulan natin at moderate to heavy rains po, so posible itong magdulot ng pagbaha or landslides,” said Pagasa weather specialist Benison Estreja.
