/ 06:54 AM March 31, 2012

Due to allegations that he was given special treatment at the Pardo police station, SPO2 Cresinte Dacillo, the Cebu City policeman charged for homicide, was transferred to another detention cell.

Dacillo is now detained at the stockade of the Cebu City Police Office (CCPO). The policeman was handcuffed when he arrived at CCPO yesterday.

Senior Supt. Melvin Ramon Buenafe, CCPO chief, ordered Dacillo’s transfer after the relatives of slain pongko pongko vendor Primo Gallego Jr. complained that the policeman was enjoying special treatment at the Pardo police precinct.
