THE Coastal Conservation and Education Foundation (CCEF), together with Quota International of Metro Cebu, organized an activity for children with learning disabilities and hearing impairment from the different public SPED centers in Cebu City.

The “Arts to Sea” arts for a cause will allow the children to express their love for the ocean through their artworks.

The CCEF conducted school visitations and organized a series of fun activities for the participants, such as coloring, drawing and games. The children’s artworks were judged and those selected will represent their school for the on-the-spot art contest today at the San Nicolas Multipurpose Hall in barangay San Nicolas, Cebu City.
