The Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) has begun the construction of a 15-story building to house the National Labor Relations Commission (NLRC) in Quezon City.
The cost of the project was set at P3.415 billion. The commission previously rented a space in Quezon City. The NLRC is a quasi-judicial body that promotes and maintains industrial peace through resolving labor and management issues.
It is linked to the Department of Labor and Employment for program and policy coordination. —ANGEL YABUT
