MANILA, Philippines — Rain is expected over some parts of the country on Wednesday due to the shear line and intertropical convergence zone (ITCZ), said the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa).

(Here in Luzon, expect the weather to be generally clear except for the Bicol region due to the possible effect of the shear line so we can expect cloudy skies with scattered rain here in Legaspi and other parts of the Bicol Region.)

The rest of Visayas and Mindanao will have fairer weather with chances of rain due to localized thunderstorms.

No gale warning is also currently raised in any parts of the country’s seaboards, but moderate to rough seas are expected over Northern Luzon, as well as the Eastern Coast of Luzon and Visayas.
