MANILA, Philippines — The Land Transportation Office (LTO) has reminded its district heads to remind their employees of the anti-fixing policy, following reports of the proliferation of the illegal practice within the agency’s offices.

LTO National Capital Region (NCR)-West Director Roque Verzosa III made this call through a memorandum on November 8, where he told its district heads to ensure that the department’s employees remain educated on the anti-fixing policy.
