OLONGAPO CITY — Two alleged drug traders were arrested in this city after a buy-bust operation by police.

The Olongapo City Police Office said Sunday that one of the suspects, alias “Surot,” was a “high-value” individual.

The suspect was reportedly a member of the “Kit Rabanta” criminal group.

His alleged companion, identified as “Tamil,” was also arrested on Nov. 12 in Barangay West Bajac-Bajac.

Both suspects yielded some P27,000 worth of “shabu” (crystal meth), police said.

They will be charged with violating the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002.
