5 fugitives nabbed in Central Luzon

In Central Luzon, 3,946 people are still in various evacuation sites as of September 30

SAN ANTONIO, Zambales — The second most wanted felon in Dilasag town, Aurora province, was arrested in Zambales province during a manhunt operation.

In a report on Nov. 3, the Police Regional Office 3 (PRO3) identified the fugitive as Marcelino Novilla, who was arrested Tuesday in Candelaria town.

The lawmen served a warrant of arrest against Novilla, who was wanted for murder.

FEATURED STORIES

Four other fugitives were arrested in Bataan, Bulacan, and Pampanga on the same day.

The felons were facing charges of sexual assault, carnapping, and other offenses, the PRO3 said. INQ
