2 suspects yield P354,000 ‘shabu’ in Pampanga
MABALACAT CITY, Pampanga — Policemen arrested two suspected drug peddlers who yielded P354,280 worth of “shabu” (crystal meth) during a buy-bust operation in Mexico town.
The Police Regional Office 3 identified in a statement Thursday the suspects as Rowell Honoria, 30, and Marvin Dayrit, 29.
Operatives from the Mexico police and regional and provincial drug enforcement and intelligence divisions conducted the sting operation.
Allegedly confiscated from the duo were nine sachets containing suspected shabu with a combined weight of 52 grams.
The suspects are facing charges of violating the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002.
