Embrace digital biz, entrepreneurs told

President Marcos on Friday urged micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) to embrace digitalization for their businesses to meet the changing and growing demands of consumers.

In his speech at the ribbon cutting of the Small and Medium Enterprises Hub at Savya Financial Center in Taguig City, the President assured entrepreneurs that the government would streamline existing processes to make it “easier for businesses to thrive and flourish.”

Mr. Marcos encouraged all of the MSMEs in the country to avail themselves of the existing financial assistance and facilities that the government and its partner institutions provide.

The President said MSMEs have the potential to become the country’s engines for inclusive economic growth. He said MSMEs account for 99.5 percent of all business establishments in the country.
