MANILA, Philippines – Local government units have suspended classes in several areas on Friday, October 28, due to inclement weather conditions caused by Tropical Storm Paeng.
The list of suspended classes are as follows:

According to the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration, Signal no. 2 is hoisted in Catanduanes, Albay, Sorsogon, eastern portion of Camarines Sur, Northern Samar and the northern portion of Eastern Samar, while 17 other areas are under Signal No. 1.
