OLONGAPO CITY — A total of P12.9 million worth of illegal drugs were confiscated in Central Luzon after the police launched weeklong operations.
In a report on Tuesday, Oct. 25, the Police Regional Office 3 (PRO3) said they arrested 169 drug suspects from Oct. 16 to 22.
Most of the 130 operations led to the recovery of “shabu” (crystal meth) from the suspects, said the report.
During the same period, the police arrested at least 343 most wanted persons in Central Luzon.
Some P90,882 worth of bet money was also seized after police arrested 164 others for illegal gambling, according to the PRO3. INQ
