LEGAZPI CITY — Three siblings and two other suspected drug personalities were arrested Monday at an alleged drug den in Naga City in Camarines Sur province.
Senior Master Sergeant Tobias Bongon, Naga City police spokesperson, said they arrested at 4:48 p.m. Pinky Cuesta, 32; Jomar Tinoy Pagarillo, 32; Rachel Napase, 31; and her siblings, Roy, 29, and Redeña, 35, in Barangay Triangulo.
Bongon said their targets were Rachel and Roy.
Authorities recovered 16 sachets or 15 grams of shabu (crystal meth) worth P102,000, 10 used sachets with traces of shabu, and other drug paraphernalia.
The suspects were placed under the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency custody and face charges of violating the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002.
