Cebu to hold real estate sales training
Cebuanos interested in building a career in real estate or those already engaged in selling condominiums but need to upgrade their selling skills will have the opportunity to learn from the country’s best salesmen in the first-ever sales forum in Cebu.
Called “Exsell 2011: Best Practices in Condominium Selling,” it will be held at the Santa Maria 1 and 2 Ballrooms at the Radisson Blu Hotel on June 24, 2011, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
The forum is presented by Jun L. Garing, president and founder of Salesman’s Centre, a sales training and entrepreneurial development institute based in Manila.
Garing is known as the guru of Pinoy salesmanship having trained more than 90,000 salesmen in a span of more than two decades. Garing currently heads the marketing and sales group of the Filinvest SRP Group.
The one-day seminar is headlined by Prof. Enrique Soriano III from the Ateneo Graduate School of Business, former chairman of the Empire East Suntrust Developers, a subsidiary of Megaworld Corporation.
Other speakers include Efren L. Tan, vice president for Sales of SM Residences; Raymond S. Domingo, vice president for Sales for Century Properties; Alejandro Mañalac, vice president for Sales for Eton Properties, from Flor Ofrecio, Sales head for DMCI Homes.

Prof. Enrique Soriano III will talk about the challenges facing the property sector and offer tips on “how to stay relevant in today’s ever-changing and highly competitive market by using out-of-the-box branding strategy and differentiation.”
Guest speaker Filemon Barbasa III, founder of Filbar’s, will also share his own rags-to-riches success story and philosophies. In addition, as closing speaker, Pages Holdings Inc. chairman and CEO. Mr. Bunny Pages will also share his experiences and success stories.
Registration fee is P2, 950 (plus 12 percent VAT, for a total of P3,304). The amount covers buffet lunch, and morning and afternoon snacks.
