In an earlier interview, , Chief Supt. Garbo said the officer was no longer assigned in the region and had lost his housing privilege in the compound which is reserved for officers  in the Visayas.

Premne was allowed to occupy a house in the PNP subdivision in  2004.

In 2008, he was transferred to the Marriage Officers Quarters beside his previous quarters.

Premne said he had  his new quarters renovated.

But seven months  after  he moved to his new quarters, he received a Notice to Vacate from Senior Supt. Federico Terte.

Premne said he  sought the help of then PRO-7 director Ronald Roderos, who allowed him to stay in the quarters.

“Roderos verbally informed him that he can stay in the quarters up to his retirment since he has incurred huge expenses in the renovation,” said Premne’s lawyer Richard Bauzon.

In 2009, Premne was transferred to PRO-12 in General Santos City and eventually to the PNP Maritime Group in Camp Crame, Quezon City.

He is currently assigned at the Maritime Mobile Unit in Zamboanga City.

Last Jan. 12, Premne’s family, who’s staying at the quarters, again received a notice to vacate.

They were given a deadline of  Jan. 20.

Since he is assigned in Mindanao, Premne asked for reconsideration since his family has no other place to stay.
