LEGAZPI CITY — Police arrested three drug suspects and seized more than P100,000 worth of “shabu” in buy-bust operations on Monday in Camarines Sur and Albay provinces.
Senior Master Sergeant Tobias Bongon, Naga City police spokesperson, said in a report Tuesday, Sept. 20, that Allan Velasco, 47, was arrested at 6:50 p.m. after selling three sachets of shabu worth P45,000 to an undercover agent in Barangay Abella.
Authorities recovered 15 grams of shabu from Velasco.
In Barangay San Isidro, Magarao town in Camarines Sur, police arrested at 11:35 p.m. John Christopher Lopez, 30.
Major Maria Luisa Calubaquib, Bicol police spokesperson, reported Tuesday that they recovered two sachets of shabu worth P4,760 from Lopez.
In Barangay Cobo in Tabaco City, Albay, police arrested at 11:05 p.m. Ryan Christian Gayeta, 23, and recovered a medium sachet of shabu worth P6,868 from the suspect.
The suspects face charges for violating the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002.
