Over P238,000 shabu seized from 3 suspects in Camarines Sur buy-busts
LEGAZPI CITY — Police seized more than P238,000 worth of shabu (crystal meth) from three suspected drug personalities arrested in separate buy-bust operations in Camarines Sur province on Monday, Sept. 12.
In Baao town, Rodel Baldos, 38, and Jonald Adriano, 43, were arrested in Barangay (village) Sagrada at around 6:30 p.m.
Police Major Divino John Pelea, Baao police chief, said in a report that the duo were arrested after selling seven sachets of shabu to an undercover agent.
The police also recovered a big sachet or 35 grams of shabu worth P238,000.
In Nabua town, Niño Tiaba, 25, was also arrested in a separate operation in Barangay Paloyon Proper Sagrada at around 12:20 p.m.
Article continues after this advertisementPolice Lieutenant Colonel Paul Cabug, Nabua police chief, said five sachets of shabu were recovered from Tiaba.

The suspects face charges for violation of the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002.
