Alleged drug pusher yields P68K meth in Rizal
LUCENA CITY – Police nabbed a suspected peddler of “shabu” (crystal meth) during a buy-bust operation in Taytay, Rizal on Sunday, Sept. 11.
In a report, the Police Regional Office 4A identified the arrested suspect as Charlie Rivera.
Members of the police drug enforcement unit collared the suspect after he allegedly sold P500 worth of meth to a poseur buyer in Barangay San Juan at 9:35 a.m.
The cops seized seven plastic sachets of shabu weighing 10 grams with an estimated Dangerous Drugs Board value of P68,000.
The suspect is under police custody and faces charges of violating the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002. INQ
