2 dead in motorcycle-truck collision in Batangas

LUCENA CITY — Two motorcycle riders died after being hit on Sunday by a truck in Batangas City.
The Batangas police identified the fatalities as motorcyclist Paolo Miguel Aquino, 20, and his back-rider, John Paul Noche, 27.
An initial investigation showed that the two were negotiating a curved section of the road in Barangay San Isidro when hit at 4:30 a.m. by the truck driven by Bon Jovy Ocay.
Police said Aquino and Noche died on the spot. INQ
