LUCENA CITY – Police arrested five drug suspects and seized P136,000 worth of shabu (crystal meth) in Bacoor City Friday night.

The Region 4A police reported that Mario Sancho was arrested after he sold shabu to an undercover police officer in Barangay (village) Talaba 6 at around 11 p.m.

Police seized from the suspect 25 sachets containing 10 grams of shabu estimated to be worth P68,000.

Earlier, police busted the group of Gerald de la Cruz, Ronald Marabe, Jinkee Miravilla and Mark Jefferson Balano in another drug sting in another part of the village at around 7 p.m.

The group yielded a total of seven sachets of shabu

Meanwhile, an armed drug suspect was arrested in a buy-bust operation in Tiaong, Quezon also on Friday.

The suspect, Proceso Cabrera, yielded shabu with an estimated street value of P5,700 and a loaded, unlicensed .45 caliber pistol.
