“Henry” is seen to remain “almost stationary,” according to a Friday morning weather forecast by the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa).

Tropical Cyclone Wind Signal No. 1 has been raised over Batanes, Babuyan Islands, and Santa Ana, Cagayan, due to expected heavy rains in the area.

“On the forecast track, Henry will eventually accelerate northward tomorrow and exit the Philippine Area of Responsibility on tomorrow evening or Sunday morning,” Pagasa added.
