LUCENA CITY — Anti-narcotics agents arrested Tuesday seven alleged drug pushers and seized more than P217,000 worth of shabu in buy-bust operations in Cavite province, reports said on Wednesday, August 31.
The Bacoor City police collared Teddy Ruiz, Rosalyn Gamba, Jose Billen, Redentor Lontoc, and Albert Baclayo at 11 p.m. after they allegedly sold a pack of shabu to a poseur buyer in Barangay San Nicolas 3.
Cops seized 10 plastic sachets of shabu weighing 20 grams with an estimated Dangerous Drugs Board (DDB) value of P136,000 from the suspect.
In Dasmariñas City, anti-illegal drugs operatives busted Benilda Estanislao and Epifania Ramos in Barangay San Jose around 8:30 p.m.
Authorities seized five sachets of shabu with a DBB value of 81,600.
The suspects were placed under police custody and would face charges of violating the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002.
