5 drug suspects fall in Cavite, Rizal busts; P89K shabu seized
LUCENA CITY—Police arrested five suspected drug pushers and seized more than P89,000 worth of shabu (crystal meth) in separate buy-bust operations Wednesday in Rizal and Cavite provinces.
The Police Regional Office 4A reported on Thursday, August 18, that Bacoor City police collared around 10:30 p.m. Dominador Semanes, Leonizel Matabia, Nizel Joyce Doctor, and Jomalyn Candelario after the group allegedly sold meth to a poseur buyer in Barangay Molino 3.
Seized from the suspects were 10 plastic sachets of shabu with an estimated Dangerous Drugs Board (DDB) value of P68,000.
In Barangay San Isidro in Antipolo City, anti-illegal drugs operatives collared Cristina Mateo in a sting operation at 11:07 p.m.
The suspect yielded seven sachets of shabu with a DDB value of P21,080.
