Cebu elite hoops camp opens April 2

BASKETBALL players looking to move a leg up on the competition have another option on the basketball camp scene as the Cebu Elite Basketball Summer Training Camp kicks off on April 2 at the Cebu Coliseum.

Cebu stands for Character Excellence Basketball Unlimited. The camp focuses not just on the development of basketball skills but also the participants’ character on and off the basketball court.

The camp will be handled by several blue-chip basketball players headed by former University of San Carlos, M. Lhuillier Kwarta Padala-Cebu Niños and Cebu Landmasters-Mandaue guard Vernini Tangarorang.

Also on board as camp consultant is USC Warriors head coach Mike Reyes.

The camp will run through the April 28, with sessions from Monday to Friday.

Registration fee is pegged at P1,500, inclusive of basketball jersey and a basketball.
