/ 06:55 AM March 18, 2012

THE Cebu Queen City United (CQCU) FC hopes to extend its winning streak to five when it faces Union Internacional Manila at the University of Makati in the United Football League (UFL) Second Division Tournament this afternoon.

The team’s new players,  scouted about two weeks ago, will get a chance to see action as the team will be divided into two.

Some of CQCU’s players will be left behind in Cebu City to see action in the semifinals of the men’s open of the 14th Aboitiz Football Cup.

CQCU head coach Mario Ceniza said he still has a strong team if his new recruits live up to the expectation.  /CORRESPONDENT MARS G. ALISON
