MANILA, Philippines — Three people on the police’s most wanted list were collared during separate operations in the cities of Las Piñas and Pasay, the Southern Police District (SPD) said Thursday.

SPD Director Maj. Gen. Jimili Macaraeg said a manhunt operation in Pasay City’s Barangay 180 on Wednesday morning led to the arrest of a 19-year-old male, who has pending cases for robbery with violence. The teenager, according to police, is ranked fourth on Pasay City’s most wanted list.

Macaraeg said the arrest order against the teen was issued by Presiding Judge Marjury Almojera Madrid-Songgadan of Pasay City’s Regional Trial Court Branch 117. A bail of P100,000 was recommended for the suspect.

Similar units from the Pasay City Police conducted another operation in Barangay 190 that led to the arrest of a certain Michael Ocor, 38, a businessman who has two pending rape cases. Police said Ocor is ranked 9th on the city’s list of most wanted persons. No bail was recommended for Ocor.

In Las Piñas City, police said Flaviano Olip, 53, who has outstanding charges for murder in Baler, Aurora, was arrested at Barangay Manuyo Dos.
