SAN ANTONIO, Zambales—Eight of the most wanted persons in Central Luzon were arrested in separate operations on Wednesday (July 20).
The Police Regional Office 3 (PRO3) identified in a report one of the captured fugitives as Juan Panalagao, alias “Johnny,” 59, the most wanted person in this town.
Panalagao is facing charges for light threats, the PRO3 said.
Five other felons were arrested in Nueva Ecija. They were Ace dela Paz, 25, for statutory rape; Alvin Bruan, 24, for grave threats; Lito Monden Sr., 64, for frustrated murder; Melchor Budtan, 33, for frustrated murder; and Jhan Wesley Bernabe, 18, for rape.
Also arrested on the same day were Racdeo Saul, 46, from Orion, Bataan, and Alfredo Mercado Jr., 34, from Guagua, Pampanga. Both were wanted for rape cases. INQ
