Villar eyes institutionalizing Build, Build, Build program into law
MANILA, Philippines — Senator Mark Villar has filed a bill seeking to institutionalize the Build, Build, Build (BBB) program first implemented by the Duterte administration, where he served as secretary of the Department of Public Works and Highways that implemented the program.
Villar’s proposed Build, Build, Build Act aims to form a 30-Year National Infrastructure Program.
“Importante po na isulong natin sa Senado ang Build, Build, Build program, dahil ang pagkakaroon ng pangmatagalang plano para sa programang pang-imprastraktura ay makakapagpalago ng ekonomiya ng bansa,” he said in a statement on Thursday.
