P442,000 shabu seized in Mabalacat City
MABALACAT CITY, Pampanga—Policemen in this city arrested a suspected drug trader, who allegedly yielded some P442,000 worth of “shabu” (crystal meth), in a buy-bust operation Wednesday in Dau village.
Lieutenant Colonel Protome Guevarra, acting city police director, identified the suspect as Vivialyn Flores, 23, of Caloocan City in Metro Manila.
He described the suspect as a “high-value target” in the police campaign against illegal drugs.
The suspect was arrested after allegedly selling a sachet of shabu to an undercover police officer.
Policemen allegedly confiscated from her three plastic sachets containing suspected shabu with a combined weight of 65 grams. The P1,000 marked bill used in the sting operation was also recovered.
