MANILA, Philippines — Authentication services in four consular offices in Metro Manila will be unavailable on certain dates starting later this month to make way for “intensive personnel training,” the Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA) said.
In an advisory on Tuesday, the DFA’s Office of Consular Affairs (OCA) said the following consular offices (CO) will not be able to accomodate authentication applicants on these dates:
- CO NCR West (SM Manila) – July 18 to 29, 2022
- CO NCR East (SM Megamall) – August 1 to 12, 2022
- CO NCR Northeast (Ali Mall Cubao) – August 15 to 26, 2022
- CO NCR South (Alabang Town Center) – August 29 to September 9, 2022
“Walk-in applicants may only be accommodated at DFA Aseana, Parañaque City,” the DFA added.
“For applicants with scheduled online appointments in CO NCR West (SM Manila) from 18 to 29 July 2022, your appointment will be accommodated on the same date in DFA Aseana, D. Macapagal Blvd, Paranaque City between 08:00am and 04:00pm. Please bring your appointment confirmation and documents,” it also said.
The DFA-OCA advised those with inquiries to reach out to its office by sending an email to oca.apostilleconcerns@dfa.gov.ph.
