P1.2M marijuana seized from 3 suspects in Nueva Ecija
PEÑARANDA, Nueva Ecija—Authorities seized some P1.2 million worth of marijuana and arrested three suspects during an anti-narcotics operation on Tuesday, June 28, in this town.
Captain Ricardo Salomon, Jr., town police chief, identified the suspects as Eddieboy Pabia, 21; Jhon Fabia, 21; and Aila Marie Cab, 22, all of Barangay San Josef in this town.

Police said town police’s anti-drug and provincial intelligence operatives seized at least 10 kilos of marijuana leaves from the suspects.
Also recovered during the operation were a weighing scale, the marked money, a motorcycle, and a mobile phone.
The trio will be charged for violating the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002.
