Despite the increase in numbers, bed utilization at non-intensive care unit (ICU) facilities remains low at 18.1 percent, or 4,034 out of 22,251 beds. ICU bed utilization is at 14.9 percent, or 391 out of 2,628 ICU beds.

DOH, however, continues to remind the public to exercise caution and observe minimum public health protocols like wearing masks and maintaining physical distancing to counter the quick rise in infections.
