MANILA, Philippines — Expect two-lane closures in the east and westbound of Manila-Cavite Expressway (Cavitex) C-5 link starting June 22 until July 3 to give way to road repairs and maintenance.
“Asahan ang pagkakaroon ng two lane closures sa kahabaan ng CAVITEX C5 Link (east at west bound) malapit sa Taguig Entry/Exit simula June 22 hanggang July 3, 2022 para sa road maintenance works dito,” said Cavitex traffic management in an advisory on Tuesday.
(Expect two-lane closures along the CAVITEX C5 Link (east and westbound) near Taguig Entry/Exit from June 22 to July 3, 2022, for road maintenance works.)
The Cavitex management then assured motorists that traffic marshals would be assigned on-site to assist motorists during the said closure.
Cavitex is a 14-kilometer expressway spanning from Roxas Boulevard to Cavite, while the C-5 Link connects Parañaque to Taguig.
Earlier, the Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA) also announced that the Edsa Timog Flyover-Southbound would be closed to motorists starting June 25 for a month-long repair.
