LIGAO CITY — A delivery man for a courier company reportedly lost P50,000 to armed robbers in Mobo town, Masbate province, on Monday afternoon, police said.

Maj. Maria Luisa Calubaquib, Bicol police spokesperson, identified the victim as Norberto Salamoding, 34, an employee of J&T Global Masbate and a resident of Barangay Luyong Catungan, also in Mobo.

Calubaquib said Salamoding was driving his tricycle at around 5:30 p.m. when two unidentified suspects blocked his way, declared a holdup, and forcibly took his collection money and his cellular phone. INQ
