Pampanga capital city logs 4 new COVID-19 cases
MABALACAT CITY, Pampanga – The City of San Fernando recorded four new COVID-19 cases on Friday, June 10, data from the city health office showed.
In its latest update, the city government said the new cases were registered in the villages of Bulaon, Dolores, Saguin, and San Pedro.
On Thursday, June 9, the city government recorded two new cases – one in Dela Paz Norte and another in Santo Niño.
The capital city, which has 11 active cases, registered zero new recoveries and zero deaths on Friday.
Since the pandemic broke out in 2020, San Fernando has recorded a total of 14,330 COVID-19 cases, of which 13,978 have recovered while 341 had died.
The city government has been urging residents and visitors to always wear face masks and observe physical distancing in public places, both indoors and outdoors, to further curb the spread of the viral disease.
