Weak southwest monsoon makes hot weather persist, says Pagasa
MANILA, Philippines — Hot temperature will prevail over Luzon on Friday with high chances of rain and thunder during the afternoon and evening, said the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa).
(Clear weather continues with a high chance of rain and thunder in the afternoon and evening.)
