MANILA, Philippines — Outgoing President Rodrigo Duterte rode his motorcycle anew to visit his supporters in Tagum City, Davao del Norte.
In a video uploaded by Radio Television Malacañang on Thursday, Duterte could be seen riding a three-wheeled motorcycle from Tagum to his hometown Davao City.
According to the video, this is the second time that the President went around Mindanao on his motorcycle in the last few weeks before his term ends by June 30.
In this trip, Duterte visited his supporters in Tagum City.
Duterte has a lifelong passion for motorcycles.
In 2019, Duterte, a known fan of big bikes, was slightly injured in a motorcycle accident.
In 2020, during the crisis of the Taal Volcano eruption in January, he was criticized for indulging in a motorbike jaunt around Malacañang while thousands of evacuees from the Taal Volcano eruption needed government attention.
