3 suspects yield P360K marijuana in Negros Occidental buy-bust
MANILA, Philippines — Authorities have arrested three drug suspects and confiscated around P360,000 worth of marijuana during a buy-bust operation in Binalbagan, Negros Occidental.
The Philippine National Police reported Saturday that anti-narcotics operatives on Thursday recovered around 3,000 grams of suspected marijuana leaves from Jesusa Parcon Palma alias “Mitch,” Riche Espada Delos Santos alias “Toto,” and Frence Jan Barlas Cervantes alias “FJ.”
The trio is currently detained in Binalbagan Police Station, while the drug evidence has been turned over to the Negros Occidental Provincial Crime Laboratory.
