Meth worth P3.4M seized in Camarines Sur drug sting

NAGA CITY––Local police and agents of the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency seized P3.4 million worth of shabu (crystal meth) from a suspected drug pusher in a buy-bust operation Thursday in Camaligan town in Camarines Sur province.
A police report said Alex Camba was arrested around 5 a.m. in his house in Barangay Dugcal.
Seized from the suspect was half a kilo of shabu worth P3.4 million.
Camba was taken into custody and will face a charge of violating the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002.
Authorities are investigating Camba’s source of drugs.
